LUSH Cosmetics, help me get a job there ^_^!

Hello, I'm 17 years old and i've been dying to work for Lush. I really love the store and I was wondering if anyone who works for it can give me a few tips on how they got the job. Thank you so much. ^^LUSH Cosmetics, help me get a job there ^_^!
They tend to like people who can be loud and outgoing, who have an ease with customers. Someone who is a go getter and a team player and willing to learn about the products.





It's a very fun place to work at! It is hard work. You have to learn about all the products, the knowledge of the products, what's in them, the stories behind them, etc.





Send your resume to the store you'd like to work at. Call and ask if they received it (they like knowing you're hungry for the job). Research LUSH. Know some of the products before your interview (very important) and be willing to sell them to customers at your interview. If you got an interview and would still like the position, make sure you call the person and let them know how much you liked the interview and how hard you're willing to work. Sell them on why you'd make a most excellent SA.

well i dont work there.............but i have noticed that the people look very quirky and communicate with the customers very well and they also seem very enthusiastic about their job and are telling you what the different things are.

Try just walking into store and giving them your resume and ask them to consider you for any future jobs. I love that shop and the people are always so helpful!
