My Lush Cosmetics order says it's pending, what does that mean?

I ordered something from Lush Cosmetics as a Christmas Present for someone. My order status has said Pending for a few days now. I paid with a credit card. What does this mean? Does it mean it hasn't shipped yet, or does it mean that it may have shipped but it hasn't arrived yet? There doesn't seem to be anything on the website that indicates either way.

They are filling the order. If you have the order number, you may be able to track it on their web site. Go to their customer service link on their site and see if there is a way to do that, or to contact them via live chat, or submit an e-mail question. Pending means it is still in the process before being shipped. Hopefully you will get it soon
