I went to the mall yeasterday because i really wanted to try out some of their soap. The whole time, i was given dirty looks. Is 13 too young to shop at LUSH alone? Should i bring my mom with me when i go?

No of course not! ANY ONE should be treated with respect. If I were you, I might file a formal complaint against that store to the manager. YOU are the person with money in the hand. They should be serving you politely and with respect.
of course not, why would anyone care about your age? generally they should be happy that they are getting people to pay for their products, maybe the store you went to was just filled with unfriendly people!
